A Life on Our Planet is a 2020 British documentary film which addresses the climate crisis through the life and work of celebrated British naturalist Sir David Attenborough. With a broadcasting career spanning over six decades, Sir David has visited all corners of our natural world bringing the wonders of the wild to international audiences through his pioneering natural history series: Life on Earth, Planet Earth and Our Planet. This last film is Sir David’s “witness statement” as he has seen first-hand how human actions have negatively impacted the environment. The documentary is a collection of footage from his career and the world's diverse ecosystems through which he reflects on the key indicators of climate change. He also shares his hopes for the future of our planet, highlighting examples of workable solutions for the climate crisis to inspire others "to make choices with nature in mind”.
