UNHCR & Land Life Company, It Will Be Green Again, 2018. 

 
Set through the eyes of a refugee family living on a Green Refugee Camp in Minawao Camp Cameroon, It Will Be Green Again shows how sustainable solutions are being implemented in refugee camps. The short documentary by the Summit's partner, the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and Land Life Company, shows how to build hope for the future by planting trees in the camp. Since 2017, 40.000 trees were planted through the “Green Refugee Camp” project,  aiming to regreen the surroundings of the Minawao Camp, to reverse land degradation, to provide green spaces for the refugee communities and to foster a closer relationship between the refugee and host communities. 

Switzerland for UNHCR is UNHCR’s partner for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. UNHCR is a global organisation dedicated to saving lives, protecting rights and building a better future for refugees, forcibly displaced communities and stateless people. As a foundation under Swiss law, Switzerland for UNHCR was established in 2020 to reach out to civil society and raise critical resources to enable UNHCR to continue to fulfil its mission.
